  • How quickly after a car accident do I need to see a doctor for my insurance claim?

According to GED Lawyers, LLP, in the state of Florida, you only have 14 days to visit a doctor and open a valid claim with your insurance company after a car accident or wreck. Schedule an appointment with us today to learn how we can address your back pain.

  • What will my insurance cover?

In our experience, insurance will only cover your adjustments in many cases. Sometimes they will cover other services but make you wait for approval. For example, Medicare requires you to pay for exams, X-rays, or other therapies.

Additionally, many insurance companies may cover some medical appointments, including chiropractic therapy. However, you may not get them all in a row on one complaint. In our experience, many policies cover up to 12 appointments, while others may cover up to 35 appointments. The number of visits includes physical therapy, psychiatric, and other doctor's appointments.

  • Do I have to pay for things that aren't my fault like slips and falls, worker's compensation cases, or motor vehicle accidents?

No. In fact, we work with a variety of local attorneys best suited for your claim and will work with them for your insurance coverage. In our experience, each individual in Florida gets at least $10,000 in personal injury coverage for medical bills if it involves a motor vehicle. Therefore, worker's compensation cases will be paid if you request us as your doctor.

Slips and falls or contingency cases can be accepted on an LOP basis. This will require a letter of protection that will be worked out with your attorney. This means that the payment for your medical bills will be negotiated when the claim settles. If you're looking for a chiropractor, call Strategic Health Solutions - Dr. Jason Jewell today.

  • What will happen when I come into the office?

First, we'll conduct an exam including any necessary orthopedic tests and neurology tests to identify the problem. Some injuries will require an X-ray. We'll review your results before doing any manipulations of your spine and spinal nerves.

We'll also discuss care plans and what's covered through insurance. We can also review the payment options for our care plans.

According to the Health Policy Institute, nearly 65 million Americans report a recent episode of back pain. If you're one of those people, reach out today to learn how we can help you find back pain relief.
